| Well I opened it, and the platter won't spin. I put on some medical gloves, and went to work trying to get it to spin. I'm only touching the sides. It won't, it seems to be seized. Any help? | |

Drive is 1 year old, came in an external USB enclosure. Stopped showing up in Windows. Cracked it open and connected it directly with IDE to USB adapter. Does not show up in Windows or ... |
