Hi, i have this HD:
---------------------
Hitach 640GB
P/N: 0A38114
Model: HDT721064SLA360
Date: MAR - 2009
MLC: ba3013
-------------------------------

When I give power to PC this disk try to spin but it cann't.
Bios cann't regognize this disk.

Always do the same.
Try to spin, make a noise, stopped, and again try to spin, make a noise, ...

I found a new HD, same Model HDT721064SLA360 but Date of 2010 and 2011.

Is it possible to fix the old HD if i replace PCB ?

Do I need something else?

Thanks
