Richard, I haven't received any response to my posting. If I do eventually get a response or am successful elsewhere, I'll post back here.
As an alternative, I've purchased a somewhat close pcb -within 2 months of the date and a couple of chars off. I plan to solder the rom chip from the old pcb to the new one and see what happens.
