Hey, has anyone got experience with SD card data recovery?

I seem to have fried a micro sd card. It's one of those adaptor ones - it's a micro sd which has both a mini-sd and a normal size sd adaptor. I used to have it in the mini-sd adaptor in my old phone and slot it into the sd adaptor to put in the sd slot of my dell monitor.

One day I put it into the monitor slot and nothing came up. So I put it back in the phone - not recognised!

I tried a bunch of recovery software but none of them could even see the device so they couldn't do any sort of low level scan.

Any ideas?

I can do Flash based recovery.

You need the right hardware/software & a very good understanding of file system to do so
