I read everyone's story and none of them mentioned a situation where the HDD is clicking.. Now I know that it's the read/write head that is damaged, but what I don't know is how to fix this.. If N-E-1 has the knowledge and can help me, PLEASE let me know.. I am desperate...

Try freezing it, it migth shrink the internal parts and let you get you data off in a short window before it heats back up.
