I need to buy the PCB (or if not available...the entire HDD) with the exactly the same specifications as below for the exactly the same HDD model. One of the small chips got burnt, thus I need to replace the whole board...I need the data stored on the drive.

But the item that I received did not work.
Please help.

Hmm looks like you bought the wrong board

YAR41VW0 is not the same as YAR41BW0 which is where your ebay link goes to.

I myself am looking for a board or a schematic to fix an existing board.

Yes, it looks like I got a wrong PCB (however the sellers specs on e-bay exactly matched my HDD model specs)
This is a link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/MAXTOR-Diamond-Plus-9-6Y160L0-6Y160P0-0200-YAR41VW0-PCB_W0QQitemZ190091991734QQihZ009QQcategoryZ99249QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting

My HDD is/was external Maxtor HDD (basically just an ordinary internal hdd plus enclosure)...may be that's why it is difficult to find the correct PCB for this exact type of HDD.
I will kep searching. Please share if you have anything uaseful.
If I find any useful info - will post.
