Does anyone know how important those values are when it comes to swapping logic boards? I have a ST3160827AS with a smoked cap. I bought another drive from ebay with the same model, part number and firmware, but the HDA P/N and 'Config:' are different.

The 'new' board on the 'old' HDA does not seem to work, the fron panel drive LED never turns os and BIOS does not see it.

Help?
