if you're swapping the logic board and having a hard time finding an exact match with the same firmware, call the company and find out which versions use different logic boards. after frustrating myself trying to find a match to the older firmware, i called seagate and they told me the logic boards would be the same. haven't replaced it yet, we'll see if it works

they told me they have no crosslist of what boards will and won't work.
