My seagate external drive stopped recognising in computer. i think the PCB is gone.. no clicking noises and drive is powering up..just no detection of it.

so i take drive out of case.. its an ide drive..and still not detection on normal hook up inside pc.. any advice.. thats 500 gigs of data Sad
