I need the following Board:

Nr. 301353102
CPU: DSP 040103700
Motor IC: SH6770C
Firmware: A3DTA 2411007CTHER

And found this one ( slightly different ). Do you think that will work?
Board Number:
301353102
Main Chip: DSP 040104200
Motor IC: SH6770C
Firmware: A9DTA

If the disk is not spinning up at all will a spare-board help at all?

The device worked perfectly untill yesterday. No sector-errors nor odd noise.
