I do have a Seagate 500GB hard disk (ST3500320AS). Last day its board got burned from the power connecting point and I quickly switched off the system. Can anyone help me from where I can get the spare board of 500 GB.

Try to get drive of the same model and swap the board. Chances without specialized equipment are not high but there are some.
